Finally! I’m now free and on my own platform where I can create on my own terms without fear of major changes in design, layout, systems, or fear of having my livelihood dependent on their “terms and conditions”. There’s always that fear that a hosted platform could suspend you without explanation or drop you without recourse.
It’s way too much pressure. The longer you’re with that hosted platform and the more content you create, the more anxiety you carry. It’s not worth it. You burn out eventuallly.
I’m still in the process of migrating all my series and stories, so for all my supporters, bear with me while I catch up. It’s tedious and very time-consuming. But I will get there.
I’ve linked with PayPal as my payment gateway and I’m looking into others as a back up.
I have a newsletter coming soon, and I will be connecting with a big-name email company. I’m thinking MailChimp. That way, I can keep you all up to date on everything.
